Radar provides email tracking services that allow users to know when their emails have been opened, track link clicks, and receive real-time notifications about email engagement.

3. User Accounts

When creating an account, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your password and account
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Send spam or unsolicited commercial emails
  • Track emails without appropriate consent where required by law
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

5. Payment Terms

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. Prices are in EUR and subject to applicable taxes. Refunds are provided on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of purchase.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Radar and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

Radar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that tracking will work in all email clients, as some may block tracking pixels.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may cancel your account at any time from your dashboard. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the European Union. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the applicable EU member state.
